2nd Sunday Ordinary Time Year A
"See, I have come, Lord, to do your will"
In the Gospel (John 1:29-34) John the Baptist points to Jesus and says, “Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.”

Jesus saves us not by power, but by love. He frees us from sin and heals our hearts. John reminds us that our role is the same- to point others to Christ, not to ourselves. Each time we hear these words at Mass, we are invited to trust Jesus again and follow Him in our daily lives.

Catechism and Confirmation Registration on Sunday, 18 January from 08h30 - 11h00 in St. Mary’s Hall.

Marriage Preparation - All couples contemplating marriage are kindly requested to complete a pre-marriage form from the Parish Office and to give Fr. Paul at least six months notice. This allows sufficient time for proper marriage preparation and completion of all necessary documentation.

Infant Baptism - Parents wishing to have their children (under the age of six) baptised, are kindly asked to contact the Parish office at least three months in advance. This allows time to prepare for and attend the baptismal instruction classes. Unbaptised children over
6 years old need to attend Catechism Classes.
